WEBSITEBespoke kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms in Cheshire. Full design and build: structure and copy first, a video hero, project galleries, live Google reviews and a local landing page for every town they serve. We host it, run the marketing, and their back office runs on our Resource Planner.

WEBSITEOur sister company runs on systems we built: the public site, a secure client portal, online proposals and a business health check tool, all talking to the bespoke practice manager above, across three offices.

DIGITAL MARKETINGThe website was only half the job. Alongside it we ran a full search analysis and execution plan: keyword and margin modelling, a landing page for every Cheshire town, technical fixes and monthly measurement. Their visibility for the local terms that win showroom visits has climbed dramatically, and keeps climbing month on month.

CUSTOM SYSTEM · SAASOur multi-tenant SaaS for renovators, fitters and construction firms, used daily by NG Bespoke. Lead capture with automatic brochure and templated-email responses, lead conversion and CRM, quotes, fitter and staff management, and week-by-week project planning. Every tenant runs it fully branded as their own.
Opus Accountancy · Practice Manager
CUSTOM SYSTEM · BUILT FOR ONE FIRMThe system that runs Opus Accountancy day to day: workflow, CRM and client leads; communication over WhatsApp and email with every call and message logged against the client; live integrations with Xero, Companies House and HMRC; AML and KYC; a closed-loop client-feedback survey; HR and holiday management; quoting and proposals; and a client portal for signing, documents and job visibility. The mobile apps below make it all pocket-sized.
Opus Help Desk
CUSTOM SYSTEMA ticketing system for payroll partners, built to replace an off-the-shelf tool that couldn’t keep up: a custom escalation ladder that changes by time of day and day of week, and SLA monitoring with ageing counted on working days only.
We design and build for both iOS and Android. These releases are live on the App Store, and Opus Clients on Google Play too.

COMING SOONA paint-by-numbers app for children. Pick a colour and fill in the squares that carry its number, with a brush, a fill for whole areas and an eraser for slips; hints and undo are there when they are needed, and a finished picture ends in confetti. Three pictures are free, and themed packs of ten sit behind a grown-ups' question. No ads, no accounts, and nothing is sent to us. Heading for the App Store.

COMING SOONA management game about running an accountancy practice. Take on clients for Self Assessment, payroll, VAT and accounts, work their filings through to the deadline, and hire staff whose morale and experience matter as much as their salary. Grow into bigger premises as the practice grows, and speed the day up when the post is clear. Built in SwiftUI and SpriteKit.
