Common questions

Do my photos get uploaded anywhere?

No. The app has no accounts, no analytics and no connection to us of any kind; there is no server for a photo to go to. The only time a picture leaves your iPhone is when you print it, and it goes to the AirPrint printer you choose, over your own network.

How do I add photos, and how many fit on a page?

Tap to add photos and pick them from your library using Apple’s photo picker. Up to twelve go on a page. Imports run one at a time, show progress, and can be cancelled or retried. There is no camera in the app, so take the picture in Camera first and then add it here.

Does it need an internet connection?

No. Everything the app does happens on your iPhone. Your printer needs to be reachable on your network to print, but nothing goes to the internet.

The app says my photos are outside the printable area. What now?

Printers cannot print to the very edge of the paper, and each model reports its own limits. When you pick a printer, the app checks your page against what that printer can actually do and adopts its margins — shown as the dashed line. Move or resize any photo that falls outside it, or choose a paper size the printer supports, and print again.

Will a print be sharp at the size I asked for?

For ordinary photo sizes such as 6 × 4 or 7 × 5 inches, yes — provided the picture you started with has the detail. The app prepares each photo at up to 4096 pixels along its longest edge, so a very large print, or a severe crop of a small image, can fall below 300 dpi of real detail.

Do photos come out at exactly the size I set?

The app lays the page out in real millimetres and draws the PDF at 1:1, so rotating your phone or changing paper size does not resize a photo. The last step belongs to your printer and its driver, including any scale-to-fit setting in the print sheet — check with a test print before a run that matters.

Deleting your data

There is nothing to delete on our side. The app has no accounts and sends us no personal data, so we hold no record of you at all. Everything it keeps is on your device: remove a photo from the page in the app, or delete the app, which removes its copies of your photos and the saved layout together. Your own photo library is not affected, because the app only ever works on copies. A copy in an earlier device backup goes when that backup is replaced or deleted, and anything you have already printed is on paper and in your hands. The page itself is saved and reopens when you next launch the app.
